1st Annual Myrtle Beach baseball trip: Information
• Arrive: Saturday, March 24, 2018 (Travel day)
• Depart: Thursday, March 29, 2018 (Travel day)
• Attendees: Junior and Senior players
• Game Schedule: No games/Practices on Saturday/Thursday. Multiple team practices and a total of 5 games played starting on Sunday ending on Wednesday. A schedule will be provided. Games will be considered scrimmages and not tournament play.
• Student Transportation – Chartered bus will drive the kids to and from Myrtle beach.
• Student Lodging – Players will room at the Breakers hotel. (5 Players to a suite)
• Cost per player: $75-$100 per day (This covers Cal Ripken baseball and lodging for the 5 days)
• WMC Baseball Club: 2-3 team meals will be provided by the WMC Club during the week. Travel to and from NJ /MB on a chartered bus with driver will also be provided by the club. This includes transportation between fields and hotel. All other spending money will be the responsibility of the player.
• Parents are free to book any hotel and attend all games on their own expense.
